At the end of the financial year 2023 the VAKT-GmbH took over a sponsorship in the animal park Weißwasser for a polar fox.
Starting in the year 2002, the Westerwälder Contact and Information Office for Self-Help (WeKISS) under the sponsorship of the Parity Welfare Association Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland e.V. has trained volunteer women and men from the most diverse professional and age groups as volunteer clown doctors. More than 30 Westerwälder clown doctors have since been regularly on the move to "laughing visits" in the hospitals Klinikum Kemperhof Koblenz, Barmherzige Brüder Montabaur and St. Vincenz Landau and have visited far more than 5,500 sick children at their hospital beds in recent years. The clown doctors are regularly further trained, and supervision also takes place.
With the sponsorship, you are part of the project and a godfather/godmother of a walnut tree. This was planted in early January 2020 and is now in a prominent position, in the tree kindergarten of the Windkind farm, near Berlin. This is a particularly climatically favorable location, where the young tree will be well protected from wildlife and will grow for 2-3 years. When the young walnut tree is strong enough, it will move to its final place.
