The VAKT®-GmbH is a growth-oriented interim management consulting firm based in the Westerwald region. Through many years of experience, high qualifications and continuous training of employees, the company has evolved from a former IT system house with pure network support to a High-End IT Management consulting firm. Especially in the areas of project management and quality management, there are significant optimization potentials for many companies and thus the opportunity to deploy resources that are currently tied up. The clear orientation towards standards enables the activation of unused or dormant resources and to lead them back profitably to the company. As an experienced and successful IT Management consulting firm, we show you ways to achieve your corporate goals. We support the emergence of new visions in your company through consistent application of existing and successful IT standards, such as ITIL© Service Management, Cobit and Prince 2™ as well as the use of PMI® in the field of project management. The present-day company VAKT®-GmbH has its roots in 2001. After his many years of work in the automotive industry, with one of the world's leading automotive suppliers and his also multi-year commitment at a Finnish producer of firewalls, VPNs and other mobile devices, Mr. Karsten Engler founded the sole proprietorship ProjektBüro Karsten Engler on 01.03.2001, based in Neuss (on the Rhine) and Frankfurt/Main. On 01.01.2007, ProjektBüro Karsten Engler then became VAKT Karsten Engler. VAKT® has been a registered trademark with the German Patent and Trademark Office since 21.03.2007. On 17.11.2009, Mr. Karsten Engler founded the company together with Mrs. Anett Müller-Engler VAKT® - Corporate Company, which took over the rights to the brand. The VAKT® - Corporate Company commenced business activities in the areas of Interim Management, Service Management and Project Management in January 2009 and operates worldwide, with a focus on the D-A-CH region. In July 2018, the VAKT® - Corporate Company was converted into VAKT®-GmbH.
